Thanks!

Warm holiday greetings to you all. I hope this year's Thanksgiving finds you in the company of loved ones and indulging in some delicious foods. As I'm sure I've mentioned, Davis and I are hosting our first Thanksgiving this year, and we are very excited to have his family come into town to share it with us. We've been readying the apartment for the festivities and, thanks to some thoughtful loved ones, our cute non-traditional holiday table has come together (in one of its many potential outfits for the weekend), so I thought I'd share it with you.

The orange/green/wood colors are kind of a preview of what will be going on in our wedding next year (eeee!) but I think is appropriately festive and different. Plus those napkin holders are just the cutest. And orange lilies are my favorite. Hooray!

There's lots to be done-- already made 2 kinds of cookies and prepped a monster butternut squash for soup. Let's hope our kitchen can handle the onslaught of deliciousness coming its way!
